HIPAA is designed to standardize the way all health care organizations electronically exchange sensitive patient data and to protect patients from unauthorized disclosure of their medical records (whether paper or electronic):


  • Paper Free Processing of claims, payments, EOB's etc.
  • All Data Transfers through Secure Connection
  • All employees under-go HIPAA Training and sign confidentiality agreement.
  • Documents and any correspondence follow HIPAA Norms.
  • Paper waste if any is shredded as per HIPAA norms

The protection of confidential business information and trade secrets is vital to the interests and the success of Broadview Health. Accordingly everyone must have a mutually signed NDA/Non-Compete Agreement on file.
